Feedback from partners

The КТС management team was one of the first to take part in the training program by МТІ – an intensive one, including customer focus, sales tools, and technical training. We devote more time to this issue in our work, but, in addition, training is supported by up-to-date product information from manufacturers. The КТС company sells equipment of various categories – ranging from laptops, components and smartphones to accessories, and from smart appliances to electric vehicles. Our managers received a large amount of information from МТІ specialists, while improving their customer skills and communication methods. Such trainings help us to become even better, therefore we thank our partners for a cool initiative, and we advise everyone to pursue their own development and wish them successful sales!


The Intboard team took part in a number of webinars, as well as in a full-time seminar at the Centre for Innovation and Competency in the winter of 2019. Our entire team had heartfelt impressions. Eurocopy Center Company

In early 2019, our staff participated in a new program from MTI hi-tech distribution to develop customer communication skills, build long-term relationships and improve sales techniques. We have selected online webinars. Initially, the staff were rather skeptical of this format. But after the first lectures, they changed their minds, and this is a great credit to a professional who was on the other side of the monitor - Oleg Seryogin. Constructive and meaningful dialogues and a welcoming atmosphere made it possible to gain a lot of useful information and improve skills. We would like to thank our partner, MTI, for developing such programs and professionalism in their implementation.
